Leveraging more than two decades of financial experience, Richard DiVenuto has provided strategic planning and business restructuring advice to companies operating in diverse industries ranging from insurance to professional sports franchises. Richard DiVenuto has passed both the Series 63 and 65 securities exams and holds a bachelor’s in business administration and finance from Iona College.

Mr. DiVenuto began his career in estate planning and wealth transfer management. He brokered multi-million and billion-dollar transactions, including the private purchase of an NHL team and a major asset transfer for a Fortune 500 company. After more than a decade in this position, he became a partner for a reputable family office. He also branched into the nutrition industry by finding a bionutritional food which a biotherapeutic firm specializing in products to treat degenerative muscle disorders.

Currently, Richard DiVenuto advises biotech, cell therapy companies on stock options, tax structures, lending options and insurance coverage. When not involved in his professional duties, he focuses on his own health and wellness by following a healthy diet, daily consumption of the bionutritional food product and engaging in frequent exercise focusing on building and maintaining lean muscle mass. His dedication to maintaining muscle mass is because its the fist line of defense to fight many diseases including cancer and is the most over looked organ by all of pharmaceuticals yet is extremely important for fighting against disease and the key to longevity.
